Room facilities

Student Residence Jílová is located in the Štýřice district of Brno at Jílová 31, 639 00 Brno-Štýřice, Česká republika. The dormitory is a residential complex of apartment type. Only single occupancy is possible. Each apartment includes a separate room for a student, as well as bathroom facilities, kitchen and washing machine for personal use. The room includes: bed table chair closet Bedding, pillow and blanket are not provided!!!

Public transportation and location

The nearest streetcar stop is a 5-minute walk from the residence. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes by public transport. In walking distance - supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, sports grounds and parks. The GoStudy training center can be reached by streetcar in about 12-15 minutes, depending on the route.

Booking fee

The amount payable upon reservation (security deposit + administration fee) is non-refundable in case of non-occupancy, regardless of the reasons, including visa refusal, force majeure, quarantine or illness. The reservation fee will be charged from the 1st of the month from which the reservation is made, regardless of when you actually check in to the residence. Payment for your place in the residence hall will be made monthly by the 20th of the month for each upcoming month as per the terms and conditions. You will pay for your accommodation in this facility in local currency (Kč). The amount displayed (in euros) is indicative and based on the exchange rate in effect at the time of booking.
