Public transportation and location

The nearest streetcar stop is a 5-minute walk from the residence. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes by public transport. In walking distance are supermarkets, pharmacies, cafes, sports grounds and parks. The GoStudy training center can be reached by streetcar in about 15 minutes, depending on the route.

Room facilities

Körnerova Student Residence is located in the Zábrdovice district of Brno at Körnerova 455/7, 602 00 Brno-Zábrdovice, Česká republika. The hostel is an apartment-type residential complex. Only single occupancy is possible. Each apartment includes a separate room for a student, as well as shared bathroom facilities, kitchen and washing machine for all residents in the apartment. The room includes: bed table chair closet. Bed linen, pillow and blanket are not provided!!!

Booking fee

The amount payable upon reservation (security deposit + administration fee) is non-refundable in case of non-occupancy, regardless of the reasons, including visa refusal, force majeure, quarantine or illness. Reservation fees will be charged from the 1st of the month from which the reservation is made, regardless of when you actually check in to the residence. Payment for your place in the residence hall will be made monthly by the 20th of the month for each upcoming month as per the terms and conditions. You will pay for your accommodation in this facility in local currency (Kč). The amount displayed (in euros) is indicative and based on the exchange rate in effect at the time of booking.
