The residence is a residential complex of four-room apartments. Each apartment has 1 double and 3 single rooms, a shared kitchen, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and a washing machine. Accommodation is only possible in a double room.

All apartments are fully furnished.

Each student has:

• bed,

• work area (table and chair),

• wardrobe.

Please note: bed linen, pillow and blanket are not provided - you must bring them with you or purchase them yourself upon arrival. Photos of the accommodation are informative - the rooms correspond to the description, but may differ slightly in layout and furniture.

Infrastructure and transport

Not far from the residence there are areas for jogging, cycling and rollerblading, and the Winning Group Aréna sports stadium. Two large shopping centers are a 10-minute walk away, and cafes, restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies are within walking distance. The public transport stop is located right in front of the hostel. You can get to the city center by tram no. 1 or no. 2.

Booking period Reservations in the residence are only possible for a fixed period from September 1, 2025 and only until August 31, 2026.

Booking and payment conditions

When booking a place in the residence, you must make an advance payment - it includes a security deposit and an administrative fee.

Please note: this amount is non-refundable if you decide not to check in - for any reason, including visa refusal, illness, quarantine or other circumstances. The booking fee is calculated from the 1st day of the month for which you booked your stay - even if you plan to check in later. The payment for accommodation is made monthly, by the 20th day, for the following month. All payments are made in Czech crowns (Kč). Prices in euros are given as a guideline - they may change slightly depending on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
