Kaskady Barrandov Apartment Complex is a complex of flats that are located in a residential building located in Prague 5. Only Go Study students will live in all of the flats.

The Kaskady Barrandov apartment complex is a complex of flats where students will be accommodated in flats on different floors. Each flat is divided into several blocks (rooms). The blocks are in turn designed for 1, 2 or 3 people. The assignment to a particular flat will take place just before the student arrives. Each flat has its own kitchen including cooker and fridge, private bathroom with toilet and washing machine.

All utilities and high-speed internet charges are included in the price. You will pay for your stay at this property in the local currency (Kč). The displayed amount (in EUR) is approximate and based on the exchange rate at the time of booking.

All flats are equipped:

• A desk and chair for each student;

• A wardrobe;

• Bathroom (toilet, shower);

• a kitchen;

• refrigerator;

• washing machine;

Bed linen, pillow, blanket are not provided!!!

Reservations in the residence are only for a fixed term from 1 July 2024, from 1 September 2024 and only until 31 August 2025.

The amount payable at the time of booking (security deposit + administration fee) is non-refundable in the event of non-occupancy, regardless of the reason, including visa refusal, force majeure, quarantine or illness. You will be charged for your booking from the 1st day of the month from which your booking is made, regardless of when you actually arrive at the residence. Payment for your place in the residence is due every month by the 20th day for each coming month, according to the conditions. You will pay for your stay in this facility in the local currency (Kč). The amount displayed (in EUR) is indicative and based on the exchange rate in effect at the time of booking.
