The amount that is paid upon reservation (security deposit + administrative fee) is non-refundable in case of non-settlement, regardless of the reasons, including visa refusal, force majeure, quarantine or illness. The booking fee will be charged from the 1st day of the month from which the booking was made, regardless of when you actually arrive at the residence. Payment for a place in the hostel is made monthly until the 20th for each upcoming month in accordance with the conditions. You will pay for accommodation in this facility in the local currency (Kč). The displayed amount (in euros) is indicative and is based on the exchange rate in effect at the time of booking.

The residence is a residential complex where students will be located in one-room apartments on different floors. Each apartment is designed for 1, 2, 3 people. Each apartment has its own kitchen, including a stove and refrigerator, a private bathroom with a toilet and a washing machine. All utilities, including high-speed Internet, are already included in the final cost.

Each student will have their own:
