The amount payable upon reservation (security deposit + administration fee) is non-refundable in case of non-occupancy, regardless of the reasons, including visa refusal, force majeure, quarantine or illness. Reservation fees will be charged from the 1st of the month from which the reservation is made, regardless of when you actually check in to the residence. Payment for your place in the residence hall will be made monthly by the 20th of the month for each upcoming month as per the terms and conditions. You will pay for your accommodation in this facility in local currency (Kč). The amount displayed (in euros) is indicative and based on the exchange rate in effect at the time of booking.

The dormitory is an apartment-type residential complex. Students live in separate apartments divided into several rooms. Each apartment is designed for 3 people living in 2 rooms. Bathroom, toilet, kitchen are designed for the whole apartment. There is also a washing machine in each apartment. In the room for each student there is a bed, table, chair, closet. Bed linen, pillow, blanket are not provided!!!
