The amount that is paid upon reservation (security deposit + administrative fee) is non-refundable in case of non-settlement, regardless of the reasons, including visa refusal, force majeure, quarantine or illness. The booking fee will be charged from the 1st day of the month from which the booking was made, regardless of when you actually arrive at the residence. Payment for a place in the hostel is made monthly until the 20th for each upcoming month in accordance with the conditions. You will pay for accommodation in this facility in the local currency (Kč). The displayed amount (in euros) is indicative and is based on the exchange rate in effect at the time of booking.

Reservations at the residence are made only for a fixed period from September 1, 2024 and only until August 31, 2025.

The hostel is an apartment-type residential complex. Students live in separate apartments divided into several rooms. Each apartment is designed to accommodate 6 people living in 5 rooms. The bathroom, toilet, and kitchen are designed for the entire apartment. There is also a washing machine in each apartment. In the room for each student there is a bed, a table, a chair, a wardrobe. Bed linen, pillow, blanket are not provided!!!

The nearest tram stop is a 4-minute walk away. The city center can be reached in 3 minutes by public transport. There are supermarkets, parks, a pharmacy and restaurants within walking distance. The GoStudy Training Center can be reached by tram in 8 minutes from the residence.
